This video has taken over 12 years to uncover the truth behind the disclosure of the individ- ual SSN, to all agencies both public and private. The author has used the tactic (fully explained and detailed in this video) to obtain over 20+ creditcards, utilities for residence, home owner insurance, and even a home loan without ever disclosing his SSN. The "Challenge of Jurisdiction" statute governing SSN's is explained section by section using supporting court cases found in American Jurisprudence and U.S. Code. This "Statute at Large" allows individuals to control the dissemination of information about themselves to other parties. Also, the penalty involved for non-compliance with this Law if ignored or refused service.
