@EternalPower666 I enjoy a big plate of steamed veggies and sometimes deep them in a raw sauce.

@RawFoodMuscle Cool thanks. I wish I never picked up a beer in the first place, but everyone drives where i live. How can I stay sociable and not drink? Do you have any tips and experiences yourself? Thanks again :)

I'm trying to get on the raw food lifestyle. i drink a lot and I'm trying to quit right now. Do you think i should quit the drink before going on raw food 100% or just go raw and deal with the drink later? Thanks

@leahcimrac If you drink a lot I would try to cut back if stopping will be too hard. Just remember too much drink will put your liver through a lot and the sooner you stop the soon your liver can heal itself.

Well Im 22 yr old female I weigh 110 I want thinker legs and I want my butt to be a lil firmer not to firm lol what type of exercising should I be doing. I just started pilates should I stick with it or try something different.

@1zeal Pilates is good but thats not going to make your legs grow that much. I would start incorporating weight training for your legs such as squats, leg presses and stiff legs. Train your legs once to twice a week and do serveral sets of each exercise.

how much protein you get a day? reading a lot of ideas on all kinds of views on nutrition, i think that raw veggies is good BUT all science and bodybuilding experience says that theres anabolic and catabolic phases, and you need whole proteins to get bigger so its NOT all about how your train. eating about 4000 calories to gain wheight in raw vegetables and no added protein powder will do you any bigger? no. you seem like a cool guy, but i really think your a genetic gifted "freak" or cheating.

@SuperSonicOatmeal Also not sure if you knew but I do put raw protein powder in my shakes and I make my own protein powder from the sprouts that I grow. These are complete proteins and when eaten raw you get 100% of the protein/nutrients instead of something that is heated which removes a lot of the nutrients. For more info you should check out my website (link on my main page) under the FAQ link. There's lots of keys points that I discuss that might interest you. Anyway take care and stay cool.
