Is this unedited or is there a version with the entire scherzo? Absolutely love the staging, the colours, the attampt to showcase soviet TV productionte viewers at home etc. A film of SR at the height of his powers.

Indeed. Richter was known for his rock-solid sense of timing. Far too many gifted musicians today treat every note as if it had a series of fermata over it, and it frustrates me to no end. I want to hear the composition, not a musician struggling in vain to bring his or her audience to climax.
The composition takes care of that by itself, hence the notoriety of composers.
