  • i want to draw just like you, i love fantasy drawings

  • Thanks for your Kind word's. Many of you have posted word's of praise and I am eternally grateful. Regardless if you work paper and pen, pencil or digital media I hope you have picked up some concepts that can be useful. I am still working on more vid's.

    Keep on practicing!

  • I have a question:

I usually use a mirror when I draw to get it more correct so i don't get too concentrated with the details. It really works because you get the to see the drawing from others eyes. But Is it true that you can be too addicted using the mirror?

  • Hi,

Using a mirror is a great tool if you are looking for symmetrical balance and perfect center line proportions however it does not always work for compositional balance which can actually look better seen face to face and not mirrored. Yes you can become. dependant. Better to train the eye.

  • I tried drawing that and here were the results:

    IT SUCKED EGGS!!!!!!

  • Hi, Please don't be discouraged. Remember I've been at this for a lifetime and I sure as heck didn't pick up this overnight. What you need to do is download this and take it slow and step by step. Contour line is more difficult than sketching for proportions.

  • O______O.............. *speachless*

  • I love watching other artists draw because almost everyone has a different take. I hope that one day I can draw from one point then slowly expand, like you, rather than how I draw now (doing the entire figure in base shapes then working on detail). Thank you for posting, I picked up a few little things I'll try out on my own art. :)
