it is not even about her skill as a painter. it is her subject matter. what is so awesome and ground breaking about painting famous/ popular figures? it has no imagination involved. unless you dont count if art should be bring a some freshness to the table. these shit really dont do it for me, it is empty and also too easy to make. who doesnt know how to paint a portrait from a fucking photograph?

I can't understand what the sophisticated art world sees in this work. To me it seems superficial and thin compositionally clumsy and badly drawn.

Yeah boring...I prefer talent over highschool art class paintings any given day. Van Gogh that was a painter, he admitted to not drawing very well but he could PAINT, Peyton's works are so blasé and lacking any emotional depth that they make me... Yawn.

They're not boring. They are very pretty paintings and some are even beautiful. What's boring is art that relies on silly fantasy worlds or knee -jerk politics. Peyton's paintings are about people , beauty, life.- i love them.
