  • This individual acts as if all the disruptions going on don't bother him, but you can tell how it irritates him. No what how many hare krishnas he says, or the "I surrender", I can feel the ego that emanates from him. What is the deal with him asking the baby to leave??

  • @kidcaper007 I can't really talk to any underlying issues, but I can give a bit more information. Most of the lectures I record are morning lectures where there are few (if any) children present. So the idea of disturbance during the lecture simply isn't an issue. This lecture is during the Sunday Feast where there is a large number of families attending. Having a child sitting 10ft away banging on cymbals or crying loudly or making other similar disturbances really makes it dificult for...

  • @rupagopi The speakers and the other people trying to listen to concentrate. There is a multipurpose room down the hall from the temple room where the audio of the lecture can be heard and where they would not be a disturbance. But, as the speaker points out, we always think our noisy child is not causing a disturbance so it is ok to stay (i've been guilty of this with my own kids, I'm sure).

  • Badrinarayan always gives the greatest lectures!!!! So down to earth... no pun intended. And very practical information. Thank you Prabhu!!

  • @helloween76 When I lived in socal I always enjoyed the times Badrinarayan would visit and give lecture.

  • Haribol Rupa prabhu, thnaks once again for uploading the nectar. What camera are using these days-for this vid?

  • @djvraj This was shot with a Sony NEX VG10 with a manual focus f/2.8 85mm lens and a single umbrella light to the upper right of Badrinarayan. The audio was recorded using an audio technica lavalier mic attached to the regular temple mic recorded to a Roland Edirol R44.

  • Incredible lecture !!! Pure nectar!!

  • Bhagavad Gita, Ch. 4, Verse 11. Krishna says: ye yatha mam prapadyante, tams tathaiva bhajamy aham, mama vartmanuvartante, manusyah partha sarvasah. Translation: "All of them--as they surrender unto Me--I reward accordingly. Everyone follows My path in all respects, O son of Prtha."
