What if the steering wheel had eyes? Manx was built in 1965, by my dad, it is still 6 Volt, with a type 1, 1641 cc engine. while Driving home after a slight drenching by a quick thunderstorm, Driving up High Peak on my way home

  • How often do you drive it on the street? We're thinking of buying one but don't want to buy a rig to tow it and would need to drive 1hr to the beach. Any advise?

  • @melissaearl my car is ONLY driven on the street, it is totally street legal, some states will kill you on insurance but i have mine titled as a homemade pickup truck.

    mine is 44 years old and has the origional gelcoat from when my dad built it in 1966, they are awesome, just put a 1776 or bigger engine in it !!!!

  • Very unique perspective! Thanks for sharing these videos of your Manx. I've never driven OR ridden in a Meyers Manx before, but I do look forward to owning a Dune Buggy one day. I can't really explain why I feel this way, but I totally feel that I am meant to drive a Meyers Manx Dune Buggy! They are fantastic looking vehicles!
