Ruby Turner : Promo Video - "Ain't Cried in a Long Time"

DVD/Video by Ruby Turner of "Ain't Cried in a Long Time", made to accompany the release of her new 'So Amazing' Album. The song, a beautiful slow ballad features Clive Rowe on guest vocals, Mark Flanagan on Guitar and Wayne Brown.

Directed by Andy Hay, the video was professionally shot at various locations around central London in December 2005.

First time I've heard this track and seen this. Nice tune!

Those are my paintings in the background too! Ruby Turner is one of my favourite soul singers - saw her back in the day in Camden, North London. This was also shot in a bar in Camden. I recall when I went to collect my paintings, one was missing (the one of Bob Marley in the background on the right as you look). Apparently, the film crew had packed it with their gear by mistake! I got it back, and still have it today.
