The pictures and video were taken from my phone.
He had a blood cancer that the vets had not seen in over 25 years. We amputated one of his legs to try to save him. We were too late it seems. He was brave and never showed signs of wanting to give up, he was always happy.
Alfie died happy after a day involving an nice walk and eating a pasty. He died in my mothers arms close to midnight.
My only regret was not spending more time with him.
