You should try using Stevia powder, it tastes like Splenda without the aftertaste AND it is completely plant based, not made from some crazy chemical separation and not artificial. Totally healthy. Splenda may cause cancer :(

I use Body Fortress, it is not completely carb free but very very low.
And yes, I do believe that Mixed Spice is called All Spice in the US.

Hi there, thanks for this, I'm going to give them a go today! Just wondering if you can buy the syrup from Morrisons, or another regular supermarket and also if you know how many carbs per muffin that works out at.
