Explains a lot, that character in the movie was a psychic. Explains how Barney was able to woo women.

This is all well and good, but I look at how unserious this all is, and how screwed the troopers in this movie would be if they took on serious xenological threats like the Xenomorphs from Alien, the Locust from Gears of War, or the Chimera from Resistance.
