0:08:54 - Officer (right) holds end of long strap that has been tied around Kinloch's feet. Officer (centre) is placing restraints on her wrists.

0:10:01 - Officers leave cell, pulling foot strap under door, this pinioning Kinloch to door of cell.

2:13:17 - Kinloch spends next four hours twisting and turning, apparently trying to get comfortable.

0:06:03 Door opens, Willow Kinloch enters cell.

0:06:19 Custody matron enters, appears to talk to Kinloch. She removes her bra without taking off shirt and hands her bra, possibly jewelry, to matron.

0:06:49 Custody matron appears to point at Kinloch's shoes. She kicks shoe off and it flies into a corner of the cell.

0:06:51 Custody matron pushes Kinloch against cell's padded wall.

0:06:55 Two police officers rush in: Kinloch is pushed to ground with two officers on top of her.

0:08:22 Kinloch still held down, fourth officer enters carrying straps.

0:08:54 Feet are strapped together and one officer stands holding end of long strap leading to feet.

0:09:06 Arms are now strapped together behind Kinloch's back.

0:10:01 Officers leave cell, pulling the long lead on the foot strap under door and pinioning Kinloch to door of cell.

0:16:49 Door opens, officer kneels in doorway, apparently tells Kinloch she has been charged with assault.

0:18:55 Door is closed, Kinloch is left tied in cell.

Video continues running as Kinloch periodically changes positions trying to get comfortable with arms tied behind back and feet held against door.

3:12:50 Kinloch manages to get tied arms under her rear and up under knees. Appears to try to loosen straps but does not succeed.

4:14:20 Four hours after Kinloch was left alone tied up in cell, door opens, officer unstraps girl and she gets to her feet.

4:15:10 Kinloch is led out of cell.

Hey, ya know I'm no fan of the police..but this kid was 15, drunk, and tossing herself around because she didn't want to go into the cell. When she finally entered the cell they wanted to take anything she might try to hurt herself with. When she started throwing a fit again they put her down. Now she is $60,000 richer. Yay for her.
