but it's a pretty consistant object so you wouldnt need a new mask every frame, but in any case you dont want to chroma key something like this, because the reflections on the bullet need to react to the surroundings.

try with Boujou , to re-create camera movement. Then export the results to any 3d software for example 3dmax Studio.
Or as someone mention here before , try making a spheric image of enviroment.
