@Wrecker649 Well said.

@RemorselessGM Exactly. We laugh about him because we recognize him walking/crossing the line.

@Wrecker649 *Jimmy Carr's humour has always been for people for whose tastes lack a moral compass*. No no, these people understand context. It has nothing to do with being moral. These are jokes, not actual events. Actually it's people like you who label it as immoral that are actually the immoral ones. Your moral compass must be out of order if it can't see the difference between a funny intention or a serious one.

There just words :P for all you Jimmy carr haters

i think if i could be anyone in the world, i would be him

The best advice I heard is: "don't"

I love Jimmy Carr and I'd consider myself someone who takes ethics extremely seriously - I just happen to believe in total comedy (ie nothing should be out of bounds as long as it is funny)
-
He's a joker and has that biting sarcasm so it was nice to see him take the question seriously.

@RagdollRalph LOL THAT WAS FUNNY!!! If you look at the previus comment near the start he says the complete opposite of what he says here I just wanted to get his attention
Speaking as an ex-serviceman, I didn't give a toss about the joke either way. Squadies make criacs like that all the time. Jimmy Carr's humour has always been for people for whose tastes lack a moral compass- you either like it or hate it, but please spare me your counterfeit tabloid-induced outrage. Incidentally if you insist on accusing others of being ILLITERATE, you might care to find out how to spell it first, as you will only succeed in making yourself look stupid. You take care now.

@yourmum739
Well no shit, but if he went on camera and said "Ok here is my tip for being a funny comedian... be funny." he'd sound like a fucking moron.
