"Crouched in a shooting position" and 'I have something for you".
The SWAT team also initially claimed that Guerena fired FIRST.
But the facts are that not one bullet was fired from Guerena's AR-15.
Also, since when does a recent former Marine with Combat experience get into a crouched position and start making threats when his AR-15 still has the safety on ?
Any Marines have a comment about this?
Btw, no previous convictions for Guerena and ZERO drugs were found in the house.

The police need to be held on charges for this; and that's WITHOUT DISCUSSION. The police KNOW THE LAW; BREAKING THE LAW TO ENFORCE IT IS WRONG. THESE COPS BROKE IN THIS HOUSE AND KILLED THIS MAN; this Marine was defending his family and protecting his property. NO KNOCK WARRANTS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ILLEGAL. IF YOU WANT TO COME IN SOMEONE'S HOME, KNOCK AT THE DOOR; IF YOU BREAK IN TO SOMEONE'S HOME, YOU'RE AT THEIR MERCY, AND THERE'S A CHANCE YOU MAY NOT COME OUT ALIVE, COP OR NO COP.

An American hero fights for our country only to be murdered by home grown terrorists when he returns home.
It's even more disgusting how these cops are now slandering his good name in the media with lie after lie after lie. These cops are not Americans and they need to get out of my country.
