The food is cool.

I had Trinitas at a restaurant in austin last week (which was a red i believe) but i also had 2 different dessert wines which were excellent.

Next time you come to austin SKIP la condesa,,, I got a few places for you instead :)

Gary i challenge you to do a wine that is not from a country or state that you have done in the past! your becoming a wine snub by refusing to do anything that doesn't come from Australia, South America , New zealand , Italy ,France or ,California

The best white wine I have had in the past few weeks was an Arneis from Piedmont. The wine was crisp with great acidify and had aromas of white flowers. The finish was the most interesting part about the wine because on the mid palate there was this great almond taste that I found quite pleasurable.
