He is indeed 31337; with $31000 + he has an awesome h@xorz name Kermin.

@5lui5 Leet speak for Leet. derived from the word elite.
-
Whats "1337"?
-
@ejacu1ator It didn't matter. This was the College Championship and he won the quarterfinal. You don't take any of your winnings into the semifinals. So why not? I think it's hilarious.

@ejacu1ator But the thing is, betting it all is a terrible strategy on Jeopardy if you're in first place and have it locked up like this guy did. If you're going for the best strategy, the most you would want to bet is enough so that if you lose, you have 2x the second place player's score, plus $1, especially since you don't know the question before you make your wager. So in this case, if he were to bet the maximum safe bet, he should have bet $13,004, no more.

@ejacu1ator It's a tournament, so as long as he won, he advances... it doesn't matter how much he bet as long as he finishes first. He doesn't actually receive the amount on his screen.

this one is easy lol

@crzywitboy3 Yes. HeatoN = Leet/1337/elite
-
@finkeLpro that seems like kind of a stretch from 1337 to elite, is that really true??
i would have bet 1132 to make it 31337.
