I'm gettin a 414ce tomorrown and excited about it! I believe the strings are Elixers.. i love Elixers. I put some on my old Johnson guitar and it sounds amazing for a cheap guitar.

I got a big baby about 3 years ago, I cant leave it alone, espescaily with custom elixer strings!

Yeah, I don't think I'll string this guitar with anything else. I've got an old Alvarez that likes Dean Markley's. I might try Elixers on it the next time I re-string.

Thank you for that generous comment. The Big Baby has a very bright voice. I think as the wood ages, the timbre will become much warmer.
