I don't have much time to fuss around the kitchen looking for quality foods that will help maintain my shape. In fact, I hate spending every dime I have on food. I've learned that eating well shouldn't break the bank. Here's a look at one of the many breakfast options I conjure up every morning. Seriously, this ideal breakfast plan is suited for most people looking to increase muscular size or lose weight. The only difference is the portion size.

Breakfast:

Ever wonder why "breakfast" is so called? Every morning when we awake, we've subjected our bodies to a brief fast. Sleeping all night puts the body in a state of "starvation" thus breaking fast is the manner in which we replenish ourselves to face the tough challenges of our day. Knowing this, why would you skip this important meal of the day? If anything, all you're really doing is extending your fast.

Don't skip breakfast. Here's a simple outline of what I typically eat most mornings.
