So your wanting to start getting fitter or more toned up, me too so i'm doing this get fit video program where we can keep each other motivated, each week i'll be adding a new excercise this way its not too overwhelming doing it all the first week.

Summary:
Carry Out 3 sets of 10-15 pressups with 15-30 seconds breathing time in between. If your finding it too easy increase the amounts, i currently work at 3 sets of 40. You should try and do as many as possible and try to beat yourself next time.

Carry this excercise out 4 times a week on alternate days or 6 times a week with sunday as a rest day, you should always have a rest day.

  • could i do this 2 times a day from the first month,i mean would this help to get fit faster ? and i want also to ask.....because im a bit fat should i do a diet while im doing this programm ?plz answer..

  • @johnmetal12311 hey mate, two times a day would be fine, but you do need a rest day sometime in the week. sundays or wednesdays are usually good. If your a little large that doesn't matter, the excercise will still be turning excess weight into muscles but its a long process, if you want too see results faster, aswell as doing this excercise, you need to go for a 30-40 minute run twice a week, but take it easy at a steady pace. Don't injure yourself. Good Luck john.

  • @DylanStair another person who doesn't even listen to the point of the video, i'm the dumb one? i think you need to learn one of the basic skills of life, hearing, however if your deaf then excuse me and dont say shit if you can't hear what i am saying

  • Should you stretch before and after push ups?

  • @NefariousOaf you should always stretch after excercising, not before, you need to let your muscles warm up from excercising and then do a stretching routine. If you try to do them first you may pull a muscle, hope this helps.

  • @stewartmccaig im doin much the same but im just doing conventional boxing i didnt want to but my mum friend thought id be good for it so i figured why not
