could i do this 2 times a day from the first month,i mean would this help to get fit faster ? and i want also to ask.....because im a bit fat should i do a diet while im doing this programm ?plz answer..

@johnmetal12311 hey mate, two times a day would be fine, but you do need a rest day sometime in the week. sundays or wednesdays are usually good. If your a little large that doesn't matter, the excercise will still be turning excess weight into muscles but its a long process, if you want too see results faster, aswell as doing this excercise, you need to go for a 30-40 minute run twice a week, but take it easy at a steady pace. Don't injure yourself. Good Luck john.

Should you stretch before and after push ups?

@NefariousOaf you should always stretch after excercising, not before, you need to let your muscles warm up from excercising and then do a stretching routine. If you try to do them first you may pull a muscle, hope this helps.
