Ah man, this was a rough workout. I honestly felt like my heart was about to jump out of my chest. In any event this is the 30 day mark on my journey toward an improved fitness lifestyle.

  • good shit man. tall guys need some cardio to support all that muscle they put on with wieghts. and you cannot overstate the importance of core strength in a workout. this guy will stay healthier, feel better and get bigger than guys that straight up lift
