if you complete the cube and have it sanded down right, it is fully functional and all of the layers should move, but you will notice that they wont be even ( the center of the cube will be slightly off) to fix this, you just need to add another layer to the bottom

great job! so, can you turn the 4th layer or waht? i didnt really pay attention just skipped around a bit.

ugh yeah, i'd watch this more but the video quality is just so horrible, my eyes hurt, and i can't really see what it is you did.
