The best rendition of Silent Night I have heard so far. Sung by one of the members of Celtic Woman, you will surely feel the haunting and angelic voice penetrate the inner depths of your heart, soothing it and filling it with warmth, joy, hope, and gladness.

Her haunting and Angelic voice seem to take you to a place where there is full of love and peace. The first strains were sung in Gaelic, their native tongue, and then she follows it up with English. Truly, Celtic Woman brings forth the beauty of this Christmas song. I am really inclined to think they are Angels, disguised in human form, who descended from heaven to soothe our hearts with their voices, filling it with warmth, love, joy and peace.

Just listen and you will understand what I mean. :)

  • My goodness! I am not earning anything out of this! I am merely sharing the Christmas spirit through an age old song! Now that's what I call total commercialism without regard to the meaning of the song! How can they claim copyright to an age old song? eh? To the Warner Music Group, why don't you just copyright every Christmas song out there which is already in existence before your company was even born? To the viewers, I may have to delete this in a couple of days. Sorry. Thanks to WMG. :(

  • Yes. They are Irish. The first strains of the song were sung in Gaelic, Ireland's native tongue. :)

Thanks for your comment! :) Their song is indeed soothing! :)

  • * * * * ~ Give a Woman.... Whatever you give a woman, she will make it greater. If you give her sperm, she'll give you a baby. If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her. ^ So, if you give her any crap, be ready to receive a ton of crap... ~ Respect her Oh Man, She is a Woman!!! * Anymous wisdom and love. ================ * * *
