Ive played better unlicensed games on the nes, so how the fuck did this get licensed?

By the way This is the only song trought out all the FUCKING GAME, and the game get's impossibul at level 3 , there are barrels that explode everywehre and they hurt the entire screen, ANd how's the ending?

i finisjhed this game with a game genie on a emulator, this fgame is so broken it's imposisbul to defeat without cheating, the bombs in level 3 are literaly unavodible
