Following the guidelines for improved health set out by the Restoration Fitness 90 Day Healthy Habits Challenge isn't just another list of things for you to accomplish. It isn't even a checklist of approval for whether you have done good or bad. It is a list to show how far you have come to creating a system in your life to get your health on track so you can let go of the negative chatter in your head and move on to bigger and better things in life. As a society we are absorbed with how we look, what we weigh, what size we are, or how we measure up. By getting our health in line, we are better able to let go of these things and start focusing on the needs of others, and turn our inward thoughts outward.
