An update to the first neck video. In this Video Plymouth based Chiropractor Kevin Kelly demonstrates the set -up of simple, straight arm flexion rotation manipulation of the neck which has hardly any rotation and no extension to the vertebra. Manipulation is a low impulse low force adjustment to the vertebra which has the effect of assisting in restoring the normal motion and function of the vertebral joints.
NB Their are many different methods and types of manipulation, the examples here maybe similar or quite different to manipulative techniques you have seen or had administered.
