Find a stair or two and exercise away!!!;)

step-up jumps
cross step ups left
cross step ups right
push ups on stairs
dips
step-ups (run-ups)
hand walk ups

I went through it 3x

Less than 15 minutes (plus warm-up and cool-down:))
