http://www.markdacoron.com 2x speed. This is my round 3. I took a break for about three weeks. Starting it up again. I didn't show the pull up moves as I couldn't move the camera to where my pull up bar is. I showed what I could show here.

  • how long of a break do you take between each exercise if any?

  • @Vaporiz they are about 30 seconds long on each break.

  • hey how did u rig up your bands to mimic a chun up and push up bar? What did u use?

  • @angelofmercy1684 I used a door attachment for resistance bands, they sell them at sports authority.

  • @CrimsonTeam yes you jts keep pushing your self till you can but try to know your limits you may hurt youself if you push to hard

  • @n0thing0nMe i know what you mean i am 250 and started at 280 i lost all that weight in 3 weeks doing this workout alone and i had a hard time doin all the reps you can do half the reps and still se results just do 10 reps per workout till you dont struggle or feel you can do more and a tip dont do the workout everyday you may hurt yourself only do a max of 3 times a 7 day week not a busness week because you want to allow your body to heal and trust me it works

  • for those who dont know there is a think called muscle memory if you have the p90x videos then you know if you do the same workout for to long you may not see good results and if you have this then you know i am right for those who are doing what i am doin by using youtube to find the workouts know that this is only for the arms and chest there is the abb workout and the cardio workout as well and i already know some of you might reply saying that you already know but some people don't so shutup

  • My third time doing p90x. I hate and love chest and back. Great results but I throw up everytime other time=( You think you have it hard, try running up 2 flights of stairs everytime you have to do pullups. Fucking sucks only place where I can do them.

  • ok i know this may sound stupid butt can i do the same workout but decline the reps until i can do that many and then just start from there??? plz answer cuz im 237 and 6.1 and dont know if i can do all those reps at once

    and the part where they doing pull ups and he says , '' hey bob , how you doing dude? you doing pullups! feels like we're on the moon doesnt it? where did gravity go? hahaha ,
