  • @Princekky2k Yes, this machine is rather expensive and is intended for high volume print shops. This is not equipment for your average local screen printer; unless they are making 2 dozen screens or more each day. This machine will become more common in time and come down in price as well. Thanks for watching and commenting!

  • this is good but 4 real, it'll be so much expensive. Catspit do you reckon?

  • @bigduke1022 That’s true to a certain extent but you could just have a yellow light in the direct to screen printer and washout area. You wouldn’t necessarily need to wall it off and have a place to work with film and screens. Just a coating area and drying rack. I guess it will make the darkroom much smaller really rather than eliminate it totally but you get the idea. Thanks for watching and commenting!

  • @usernamebutton It most likely has a capping station and head cleaning functions. Pretty much like an ordinary inkjet printer. Just a water based dye, I believe. And with a bulk ink system unlike that of a standard inkjet printer, I think it is cost effective; a lot cheaper than film and no storage. You’re right, high volume is needed for this unit. Thanks for watching and commenting!
