I would prefer no pause at the start, you could speak about the champions while waiting for the minions to spawn and interrupt if there is some kind of lvl 1 battle/invade.

nice casting, if you could you should try keep everyone's health bar on all the time. It was confusing when people were fighting and you couldn't see their health bars.

When Janna just stays still for no reason when there are no minions in font of her and blitz is right about to grab her.
