DIE HARD CHELSEA FAN...This was the best and worst day of my life. So proud of the boys for getting there and doing SO well. We deserved to win...But fortune favoured United. We'll be back. So proud of the Lads.

It was a great atmosphere right to the end. Disappointed, yes, but the team came round to our end and we applauded each other. But we were on a 'day' trip and were so tired, it was absolutely lashing it down and we really wanted to be home. And that's another story. Biggest laugh though was being interviewed by three TV crews when we landed back home - and hubby got an appearance on Sky Sports News. Would I do it again? Every time (funds permitting!)

i support man utd nd i live just outside of london. i only support them because i adored david beckham wen i was young nd didnt even kno there was a team so close to home called west ham. for me, it waspurely for the fact that david beckham played there, since then, i've been a faithful fan. dont get me wrong, i have full respect for west ham, i was backin them to win the fa cup final against liverpool a couple of years bk. supportin a team far away doesnt reli matter in that sense

Fair play to you. My other half supported Leeds Utd as a child because they were successful at the time. His main team though was the local team Wimbledon, who he followed from their days in the old Southern League until they were franchised into the MK Dons. He now accompanies me to the Bridge and we both follow the fortunes of the new AFC Wimbledon, who have just been promoted to the football conference :-) Thanks for your comment.
