Hey Charz, do you know if the denman comb is seamless? I have that but i don't know for sure if it's seamless or not.

I'm getting ready to order my Hercules combs today! They finally got them back in stock!!!

I like the denman brush. I first detangle with a wide tooth comb and then use the denman brush. I has helped me retain more length no breakage. I helps me from getting single stranded knots. I dont know about that D12 though. A lady at sally tried to get me to get it and I was like no way. I have the D3.

Thanks for the feedback. When I used the denman I used a widetooth comb and then a middle tooth comb and then the denman. Everyone's hair is different though! :)

Very informative video! I used to use a Conair Shower comb (similar to the Jilbere Shower Comb) but then I stopped to focus on perfecting my fingercombing technique. Now, I want to pick up a comb again (every once in a while) so I ordered a Hercules Magic Star Jumbo Rake Comb. I can't wait to try it out!

Thanks for the review. I am ordering the Jumbo and mini rake comb, their rat tail comb and their contour comb. Yes. I'm spending $51+ dollars on combs for me and and 3 girls but I think its worth it. I've looked at my shedded hair before an was trying to figure out how in the world did those splits get in the middle of my hair but not the end. I was reading the Science of Black Hair and realized that it must be the seams in my combs. I started the search for seamless combs 1 week ago.

For the Denman D3 i took every other row of bristles out which significantly decreases the amount of stress the brush puts on your hair. The only thing tho is although i like the D3 minus a couple rows (4 to be exact) to define my curls when i use the curly girl method, it doesn't do anything that my shower comb cant do.

Im pretty sure you can remove some of the layers of the denman brush to make it easier on the hair. I've seen numerous naturals here on YouTube that remove every other row of teeth and claim it works perfectly.

I've been wanting the Hercules combs since watching this for the first time back in September. WELL (insert happy face lol), May 24th is my 1 year anniversary so I ordered myself (and my daughter) FIVE Hercules combs this morning! lol I also finally ordered my steamer (thanks again for posting that video review!!). Yayy, happy anniversary to me!! w00t w00t!I hope it all comes this weekend! I'll let you know when it all arrives! Thanks again, you're awesome!
