Muslims pray to the one and only G-d, Allah.
Most Christians believe in Trinity which means that they believe that Jesus (PBUH) is also G-d and/or his son. G-d forgive me.
So Muslims concept of G-d is different than Christians.
Muslims believe in the Oneness of G-d; never begot nor begotten who is the creator of the universe. So anyone praying to the one and only G-d, creator of the universe, would be praying to the same G-d.
