You have some natural ab muscles just from your build and slimness. But damn dude, looks like you can bench not much more than the bar! Hit the weights.

im 20 now, just had my birthday on the august 17th, so far when i was a very little boy till now, im still very slim, atm im bodybuilder, i got bit bigger arms, want some advice to stay slim, the truth is, dont eat fat, thts wht i do, i hate fat, even i see a liitle bit of fat side of the steak, i cut them out and leave it, plus dont eat alot of choclate, hope this help, believe me, it works.

you look absolutely incredible. keep up the dieting b/c it is paying off. i know it sucks i used to be fairly strict w/mine but have slacked off the after getting hit by a car last september. now i rarely go to the gym and even buy ice cream to eat!

Ouch that sucks, i hope you recover soon and train it up at the gym. Yea diets are a pain but appearance and most of all health is the benefits =D
