but how is it frame by frame cause i wanna make one to and it looks hard

Rotoscoping isn't too hard as long as your footage has high resolution and good contrast. A wacom makes the process pretty easy. About 80 seperate drawings for the 4 second clip. I keep my Frame rate around 20.
