Yankee school is not for the stupid you know....

It's like say the school with lots of troublesome kids, the ones that don't fit in the normal society (Even the teachers).

Otabe too turns out is super smart but she still enrolled, though for her she seemed to have a choice in the matter.

Hmmm perhaps Nezumi had her reasons as well. Her father seems is very rich...
