Firstly, Disney isn't forcing people to wait for 3 hours for Fantasmic. It's up to them if they are going to wait that long. Secondly, they don't cancel the show on purpose. They only cancel it because of high winds, which could be dangerous because of the fireworks.

But then take out the cost of payment to Cast Members, Electricity bill, Maintenance bill, constant construction bills, Water bills, Gas bills...ect. A large chunk of Disney's income may look large but it's just....sudo large once you take out all the money needed to keep it running smoothly.

@vrono123x because it would "dilute" the effect of the real thing. Watching FANTASMIC! on YouTube (or on T.V.) just wouldn't be the same as the real thing. Plus, we won't see an official video probably until FANTASMIC! stops running. Just like they did with the Main Street Electrical Parade. Course they brought that back in the form of "Disney's Electrical Parade," after they realized their error in replacing it with "Light Tragic," (Light Magic).
