He said a bunch of times in the video you have to register the product to get the additional 500. Try listening a little bit and you might get it.
Go to HELP -> Get 500 More Free Headers

In the tutorial, you say there are over 1000 free templates, but that's not what came in the package. Where are the remaining 500?
