  • Bless Stan Laurel. At 0:16, it seems like Dick Van Dyke is saying "ALCHEMIST most" instead of "All Comest Most." This would make sense in the context of the eulogy, I think. Changing pain into jest - correlating to alchemists trying to change various substances, like lead into gold, for example. Lovely video footage.

  • @LadyCacasterben01 You have that wrong,we were not speaking, and never did speak Roman as a first languge, in 1066.The Romans had long gone,there Empire was disolved.The Normans were Nordic but they spoke French.English Dutch and German are Teutonic languages-Denmark and Germany share a land border so cultures mix.
