  • Not exactly sure what you are doing here; but the light show is worth five stars all by itself. You seem quite casual around that high voltage and what a bunch of cool gizmos you've got laying around. Your shop looks like an interesting place.

  • im looking for ways to catch the radiant energy.

if nothing i found how to get AC out of a solar panel...

  • Wow pretty powerful !

Great how do you make it ?

I haveto watch your other video about it I guess.

Many thanks and keep on experimenting !

    Regards, Stefan.

  • Well what ever the heck it is you are doing; it is wicked cool!

  • fn cool

  • hello

you might find this intresting its about water split but not electrolysis check this patents US4427512 , GB 2.324.307 nad US4024047 its more like electrons removing from water wich results a water split

    cheers from poland

  • i checked the label on the NST it says

30 milliamps 15 kV so its only 450 watts.

but yeah deadly enough to make a man very wary when tinkering.

measuring voltages that high is guess work at best.

usually go by the distance of the spark-an inch being roughly 20kV....

  • woah that sounds quite deadly =D. 750 watts!. how do u measure voltage when its that high?

  • its a standard neon sign transformer-15 kV at 50 milliamps i think-the caps just make it alot brighter and seems like it allows the NST to deliver peak voltages.

it goes from a smooth hum without the caps to sounding like a string of firecrackers going off.

the spark will jump further with the caps so its definatley an improvement on your std NST.

great for a tesla coil primary circuit ;)

  • very cool, i wish us youtube people lived localy so we could all meet up and work on electroincs problems. i havnt tried it yet, what voltage is the spark gap your using?
