Is this built on tip of the pavement? If the soil is shallow you might have problems.
You need a deeper soil depth to grow stuff.
Ours is about 18- 20 inches deep. Deeper is better.

we go down about 8 inches and up around 5. So I think we are good but thanks for the advice.
