mine too......this was the first episode i ever saw also. it perfectly portrayed exactly what maddie and david's characters were all about. hard to imagine anyone other than bruce or cybill playing maddie or davids role. what a great show!!!!

oh my god, i was in year 8 bout 13 when i first sow dis, i was caught of gaurd with bruce willis having hair lol and whoa, it made me laugh i watched it around 2 on ABC1 for two weeks due to ma pendics operation. haven't seen it since. . . shame dey got rid of dat channel wid 8 simple rules and hope and faith

I loved this show! Cybil Shepherd never got enough credit for her acting. She was/is fantastic -just as good as Bruce Willis. I see it now.
