No, there was not a 4-way tie for first. The Trojans won the title after their win at Arroyo. O'Dowd did not win the league this season. What cost them were losses to Arroyo and Mt. Eden. Better luck next season.

Like I said, the dude is a monster. Im sure guitoli is a great hitter but he has nothin on joe even if he "touched" his fastball. Haha

I'm pretty sure CV won the league title this year, thanks in part to trashing Joe Ross when he came to our park. And again, there is one batter - Jake Giuntoli - for whom Joe Ross has no answer. Not this season. He was just serving up cookies to my boy all year long.

A lot of guys can throw a fastball.

It turns out that the game was 2-1, and Giuntoli once again got a couple of hits off of Ross. O'dowd scored a couple of unearned runs. Ross is good, but his kryptonite is Castro Valley's Jake Giuntoli. Harold Arauz? Fraid not. Ross did not take a crap on CV, but I'm pretty sure he wets his pants every time Jake gets into the batter's box.
