@TheReaIMrsYork This is dope! and how can you not respect a song like Link Wrays - Rumble or Shads - The Old Prince Still Lives At Home... two very different genres but music is universal my friend... jumping from one end of the musical spectrum to the other allows you to listen to music in many different ways...

@ElGuerreroSolo seven star, bro. Nice list though I need to check some of them out.

this is probably the most hip hop sounding song on the album
What happened to the music video for this song where he's lookin' like the Fresh Prince of Bel Air?

@123foreskin The HipHipCanada channel got shut down, along with the 500,000 viewed video from Shad. Another channel has the music video up though: /watch?v=ExOCc_bHj6U&

He's from London, Ontario, which is a province of Canada. Shad is one of the sickest rappers out of Canada no doubt.

Was this early '90s? And how do you go from Link Wray to Shad? You have eclectic tastes, for sure!

Shad is a rapper from London, Ontario. The first of his two albums came out in 2005, i think. His lyrics, concepts and flow are incredible and he's completely underrated. Super genius, super funny, super nice guy. I've seen him live a couple times.
And yeah I'm into alot of different types of music. Mostly hip-hop, classic rock, indie rock, electronic, 8-bit, grime, ect...
