Epilepsy yes, and it could be many other things...
There are cases that different people react differently to the same illness. They can black out, get seizures or puke from getting dizzy at staring at the lights, etc.
In real life, there is ineed a syndrome wherein perception of certain series & speed of light and color may impair the brain. of course, there's not much research into it as those cases are so rare.
To answer your question, no.Dr Morris was wondering why the body was not reacting at all to the brain.Due to the fact that there wasnt much indication on the medical records, they were practically clutching at straws, guessing which factors caused the problem.
Sci-fi used to show the episodes. I taped some of them on vhs a few years back when they did a marathon of the whole series. Would rather have dvd though.
"The host body rejecting the brain?" lol. Wouldn't that have happened sooner than this?
Oh, wow, shock therapy. They used that on my grandma when she was suffering from dimentia, and wierd as it sounds it actually worked. She was perfectly herself again after that.
I read on IMDB or somewhere like that it got good reviews... maybe that was just at first? I can't imagine why they would take it off if it was doing well.
That's unfortunate.
Anyway, I wasn't really questioning that part. I was pretty much just pointing out what you said: that Dr.All-State-Guy was grasping at straws.

I thought it was epilepsy...
You know, like all those Japanese kids who had seizures when an episode of Pokemon featured flashing lights?
