The Best of Ava Gardner in Mogambo

I do not own these clips, and am merely using them for amusement purposes.

I love Ava Gardner, and think that she makes this film! These clips are the moments I found to be the funniest or most charming. Credit to Clark Gable for his excellent responses to her wisecracks!
This is just my opinion, I've probably left out a few, and it's not that well edited, but I just wanted to share some scenes of the movie (a bit long but entertaining enough, and with stunning African locations).

Oh my, I almost forgot how amazing Ava was in the movie. She simply epitomises the ideal woman. Breathtaking beauty and exhilarating personality.

Ava Gardner's extrqaordinary beauty can make you forget that she was basically really talented. In MOGAMBO she seems to have played very close to her real self, with terrific results. Wish she had teken her friend, Gregory Peck's advice and pushed a little further. She could have been a really good actress, instead of one who rarely got to show her real potential. As it was, there's no one quite like her, including Angelina Jolie and Kate Beckinsale.

Great moments! I agree with you that Ava is the one who makes this movie work. Her chemistly with Gable is incredible, and although I think Grace Kelly is very beautiful, I think here, next to Ava's lively beauty, she looked a bit pale and not very interesting.
