Chin-Na is a skill set that is used to control mainly the upper limbs of the opponent, instead of creating pain and strong leverage, we believe that the beginners should focus more on the flow of power and resistance of both oneself and the opponent. A good circle and follow through combining with the smooth use of the body weight can effectively achieve the goal.

Be noted that the moves in the film are performed in a way that cause no harm to the opponent, allowing the opponent to avoid serious injuries and get away. It is not the real effect of Chin Na skills which break and induce serious damage in the vary moment of delivering them in which case can not be demonstrated here.

  • Also, there is no system that is "suck" just because it is different from our own discipline. Any system that is open to the modern world and willing to learn, change, adopt and improve will survive, otherwise they are archology subject and is as good as dead.

  • Shaolin temple is a myth that is exaggerated by movies and novels, there is no certifiable histroy record regarding the temple has anything to do with the "Origin" of Chinese Kong Fu and all kinds of martial arts systems have long been exist before the establishment of the temple. China is a vast and diversified land of various people and cultures, there is NO ONE SINGLE place can claim it is the origin of any skill system. Study true history before making such comments.

  • 第一招 如果換左手抓你有手勒?

  • @bullshidohunter Chin Na was originally developed in Shaolin Temple, it was later included in other styles, mostly from the south from what I came to understand. So history goes to memorable times, I just hate the fact that all these newbies in Krav Maga, "Self-Defense System", think they're hot shit, when in reality they cannot stop attacks from a real Chin Na student or most Kung Fu practitioners, I post my comment out of anger, I apologise for that...but I'm tired of those comments everywhere
