Is the power adapter included??

If you buy it from a store maybe, but i got this from a local music shop used. I don't use it enough to use an adapter so i just use a 9 volt battery.

would you recommend this pedal to someone wanting to play paramore/hey monday/mayday parade/all time low kind of stuff?
i might be getting it soon, but i still don't know if i should.

Yeah It was.
Sure, you probably could because i listen to and play the same things but it would kind of be on a lower setting with not too much distortion.
