@MarcelBrayard C'est étrange vous dites que la bourrée n'a rien à voir avec les Celtes et pour preuve vous nous dites qu'elle est d' "Auvergne, Morvan, Nivernais, Berry, Bourbonnais" tous noms celtiques.Heureusement que vous citez la Bourgogne (mais c'est en pensant au Morvan et au Nivernais). Quant à Glux, s'agit-il de Glux en Glenne au pied de Bibracte où Vercingétorix fut nommé général en chef?

@meneermalik Maybe it's a Galician bagpiper thing but Carlos Nunez also dances his ass off whilst playing, I don't think is a male/female issue.

She's great but I wish female folk musicians would stop gyrating their hips and making love to their instruments. Takes away from their talent. You don't see male folk musicians pumping their hips while they play.
re. gyrating hips. she actually seems to be moving most of body and it seems to me to be an expression of the joyful music she is playing and not an intimation that Ms Seivane is trying to make love to her bagpipes - an interpretation on the part of the last writer that reflects more on his state of mind than the musician's.
