My ode to the Motor City Madman by a fellow Michigander (yours truly).
This is one of my favorite Ted Nugent songs, but was actually written, arranged and sung by Derek St. Holmes, the rhythm guitarist for Ted Nugent. Great pipes, Derek!
"Hey Baby" is the 3rd song on his Ted's eponymous first solo album (I always wanted to use "eponymous" in a sentence!)
Of course, nobody wields an axe like Terrible Ted! On this cover, I just jam along and do the Derek St. Holmes parts, since I'm no lead guitarist and am happy hanging back in the rhythm section.
